• Full papers are subject to a second round of evaluation
• The author(s) of accepted full papers will have a 30 minute presentation session (20-minute talks plus 10 minutes for discussion)
• Presented full papers will be published electronically 
• Papers will be presented in person for the author(s) in Iran and virtual for the author(s) outside Iran
